Running our own factory puts us in a unique situation:

Our Ozone on-demand business model allows you to order exactly what you want, when you want it, in whatever numbers you need.
Our order system gives you a direct connection with the factory, which provides all the information about your order, including its production status and when it’s shipping.
If there are any delays, or if we manage to bring the order forward, you’ll be notified and it’s accurate to two days.
During Covid all of our clients hugely appreciated the extra sense of transparency in our delivery times, and therefore the control of their stock levels and cash flow.

NO PRE-ORDERS, NO OVER-STOCK, BETTER CASH FLOW

We have an order-driven philosophy. All you need is to have an idea of how many products you might sell in the next 30 to 40 days.
If you have a windy season, we will make small kites and if a new product sells well you will not be stuck with a lot of unwanted old stock.

We don’t launch new versions of a product every year; only when real design and performance achievements have been realised, giving you and your clients confidence in a product.

Having our own factory means we can react very quickly. As well as ensuring our existing products have a long shelf-life, when an innovative new product is signed off it comes to market and reaches your shelves much quicker than is possible for other brands to achieve.

A good example of that is our Flux V1 wing. The final design was signed off in April 2023, it was already winning races in May, and on shop shelves in June.
