The body: Get enough sleep, workout, eat healthy and balanced and most important listen to your body.

The mind: Read, study and never stop challenging yourself.

Your gear: Take care of your gear because you need to be able to rely on it.

Learning new moves: Watch other people, study videos and try to visualize the manoeuvre. Also, if you get the chance, having some video feedback can be super helpful.

Overcoming challenges: Be aware of what you are capable of, rely on your strength and know your weaknesses.

Realising goals/dreams: Keep in mind what you want to achieve and plan how to get there step by step. Be proud of what you’ve already achieved.

What’s your current mission? To enjoy as much time on the water as possible and improve my wave riding. I’m also planning to finally kite some new places that have been on my list for a while.
