The body: Listen carefully to your body needs and don’t demand too much. There is no shame to have a break, and you’ll come back stronger.
The mind: Focus on essential points for your task by listing and prioritizing them. Get rid of unnecessary thoughts

Your gear: Tune it till it’s riding by itself.
Learning new moves: Don’t stress too much, take your time but don’t overthink, and SEND IT! Remember that you’ll laugh later on when you’ll rethink about the pressure you feel for your first send. Once the first attempt is done, repeat it till it’s perfect.
Overcoming challenges: There is no reward without a good amount of work, so train as much as you can to succeed when you’ll need this move.
