Ambitious, spontaneous, adventure driven.

I used to windsurf a lot when I was 8 to 12 years old and seeing the kite surfers jump and ride so effortlessly always fascinated me in some kind of way. At the age of 11 years I finally took my first kitesurf lesson in Sardegna and soon I was already able to ride but somehow I still liked windsurfing more because I was very light and scared of kiting. The year after that I started doing my first little jumps on the kite and that was the point where everything changed for me. It was so much fun. I didn’t care about anything other than kitesurfing anymore. Big thanks to my dad at this point for bringing me into windsurfing and kitesurfing!

It’s simply the fun I have when kiting, enjoying the sessions with friends, playing around doing stupid stuff and of course the adrenaline rushes after landing a big or new trick make you want more as well.

There have been way too many unforgettable sessions in kitesurfing for me which makes it incredibly hard to choose one exact moment but if I had to choose the first thing I think about is landing my first double backroll kiteloop at my home spot with freezing winter conditions and snow falling. I really screamed my lungs out after landing that. But also kiting in 6 meter waves in Capetown or sunset sessions with friends in Brazil are for sure highlights of my time kitesurfing so far.

Of course it always depends on the wind conditions but I really love boogie loops with added rotations. Even when a bit underpowered they feel radical and I just love the feeling of the trick because I really feel connected with my kite when doing them.

 Very hard question but I will have to say Parc des Dosses, Barcares, France. For me that’s literally my dream spot. Flat water, great vibes on the beach, nice cold wind which makes you get great hangtimes and is very lofty, making you jump high. And of course catching a magic gust in Barcares feels unreal.

I think the best tip I can give is one my dad always told me: Always go out on the water even if the conditions are not what you were looking for or gusty or whatever. Your body will anyway subconsciously learn something even if you’re not able to do nice tricks.

 I love to make content and create super cool shots. But of course the most important thing is to never forget about having fun and work for the next trick to keep the progression up.

A good friend of mine, Matteo Dorotini, is a freestyle rider competing in the GKA for many years on the highest level. What impresses me the most is on the one hand his working mentality even off the water. He would come off the water completely exhausted and still start working out to get even fitter and repeats that every day. And on the other hand he is one of the riders who really cares about his individual style and doesn’t compare himself too much with all the other riders.

Well I grew up as a lake kiter as I live 7 hours of driving away from the closest ocean. My home spot is at a lake near my home but unfortunately there are only a few days per year with good wind and those are only in winter when storms arrive. That means 5 degrees Celsius water temperature and snow falling most of the time. But luckily I’m able to travel a lot and train at many different spots.

In 2025 I was searching for the big air kite I like the most and tried many different brands until I rode the Vortex Ultra X for the first time. From that moment on I knew Ozone and their kites were the perfect choice for me. Riding mainly the Vortex but also the Mach1 I really feel a connection to the kite, I love the bar pressure which is not too strong but just perfect to exactly feel where the kite is without looking at it. And to make the setup complete I choose the Code as Board. It has the optimal mix between being playful and able to edge super hard simultaneously.

I am actually a Helicopter pilot as well. I already own the PrivatePilot license for Helicopter flying and am currently working on my commercial license.
