IMPORTANT Ozone Click-In Loop – Harness Loop recall

Dear Ozone customer, we have found a small number of stainless steel parts from a recent production batch may have a manufacturing issue that can cause rust and eventually part failure. The stainless steel part is located in the Harness Loop assembly. In the event of the part failing, the kites’ flag out system will engage.

As safety is our main concern we have decided to replace potentially affected Harness Loops.

If you are an Ozone Kitesurfer, snowkiter or racer owning one of our control systems with a Click-In Loop, please follow the link to locate your serial number and check if your product is affected. https://ozonekites.com/click-in-loop-recall/
