Why Ozone? I only align myself with companies that I truly believe in their gear and their values. Ozone designs and builds quality gear with the highest performance – They are the perfect company to align myself with as both a professional athlete as well as a kitesurfing coach and travel guide. I offer some of the best and most exclusive kitesurfing destinations in the world to people so it would make only sense to offer the best performing gear to clients at these locations.

For both my clients and myself, we are all only as good as the gear you ride allows. I see too many people held back from the gear that they are on. For whatever reason they end up on sub par gear, they are stuck blaming their lack of improvement on themselves when in actuality it’s the gear that they are riding. To be fair there are a lot of good products out there, but there are a lot of crap out there also. However, Ozone has always been a company that I admired from afar so when the prospect came up to join the team as both a team rider and dealer I jumped at the opportunity.

What was your best kite moment? The day I picked up a kite for the first time. It was the decision that put me down my current path and has allowed me to live this life (rather spoiled one) that I love.

How would you change the world? Changing the world is a hard thing to do, but to make a person smile to change their day is a good start. (bit of a cliché but it’s true)
