Tell us the best advice you have on:

The body: eat healthy, stay active, and get good sleep.
Your gear: It depends on where you are foiling and the conditions. If it’s 20-40 knots I would recommend a 4 or 3meter wing, a 1000 front wing MFC foil. The board just depends on your skill level and the person but I use a 25 leaders and 4.4 feet. Learning new moves: never give up even if it feels like you are making no progress in the end you’ll see that you have improved a lot. It may take some time but it’s worth it. Overcoming challenges:if you always stay within your comfort zone you’ll never accomplish anything.
Realising goals/dreams: never underestimate yourself and keep trying.
Making the most of everyday: I try to never say I’m bored there’s always something to do even if there is no wind or waves.
Making the world a better place: be kind and treat others how you want to be treated.
