Tell us the best advice you have on:
The body:. Train a lot, with a strong and healthy body you will ride 10 times better
The mind:. Know your self, giving a special focus on your bad things, if you understand your inner yourself you can do whatever you want
Your gear: put some grip on the rails of your strapless board and sandpaper your foil with a 1200 once every few weeks.
Learning new moves: Watch the pros, and watch a lot of YouTube videos on the half speed to check what they are doing exactly.
Overcoming challenges: Get your final goal in mind, but plan how to get there step by step, with small achievements.

Mission: Right now im somewhere in Africa catching good bombs and training for the upcoming GKA stop
Project: in 1 or 2 years I want to be in Jaws, Nazaré or somewhere to get big waves. Im training physically since 1 year for this but I still need to work on it
Move: FS 720 Wingfoiling, Barrels on waves and double fronts in Strapless .
